1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ReppingDR ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. ReppingDR is operated by Exxede Investments and provides real estate listing and discovery services for the Dominican Republic market.
2. Platform Services
ReppingDR aggregates real estate listings from developers, brokers, and public sources across the Dominican Republic. We provide search, filtering, market data, and communication tools to connect buyers with sellers. We are an information platform, not a real estate broker or agent.
3. Listing Accuracy
Property information including prices, availability, specifications, and images is sourced from developers and third parties. While we strive for accuracy, ReppingDR does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any listing. Prices are indicative and may change without notice. Always verify details directly with the developer or their authorized representative before making any purchasing decision.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
5. Developer Portal
Developers and brokers who list properties on ReppingDR agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information. Listings that contain misleading information, unauthorized images, or fraudulent details will be removed. ReppingDR reserves the right to reject or remove any listing at its discretion.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including design, text, graphics, and software, is the property of ReppingDR or its content providers. Property images and descriptions belong to their respective developers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
ReppingDR is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, reliance on listing information, or transactions with developers. We do not participate in or guarantee any real estate transaction facilitated through the Platform.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the Dominican Republic.
